[CLIENT IDEA] Allow users to indicate/mark certain champions on Champion tab of client profile

I had an idea for a change to the Champions tab of the League client profile menu. It revolves around allowing users to check a box (or somehow otherwise indicate or mark) a champion, and then set that variable to be a sortable option in the Availability dropdown menu.

When I was first playing League, I opted for one of the champion packs to go for the value. I learned some of them really well, but others never got much playtime. Now, after several years of playing and acquiring champs, again, some that I loved playing, and others who only got a handful of games.

So now, when I come back to the game after a few months, my champion page looks a bit like white noise to me. As I read about the current state of the meta, and where champions are at on power rankings, I choose certain champions to relearn. Set up masteries and runes, etc.

I want to be able to denote that I am actively playing a champ, or feel confident with it to take it into ranked, etc. I think by adding an icon, opposite to the "Free to play this week" icon (so the new icon would be on the top right) for all owned champions you could accomplish this. A user could then check this box to indicate that state, and then it seems the best way to then sort by that and just view your marked champions, would be to add it to the Availability menu.

To take it further, if a champions page overhaul were in the works as part of the client changes: perhaps this idea could be introduced, while also taking into account roles. Let a user mark that he feels confident as support and mid Lux, but leaves Top, Jungle, and Marksman unchecked.

This could even be a place where Riot communicates to new users. If they are looking at a Lux page and mouse over Marksman (or consider any other heavily mismatched Champion/Role), a popup, or text says "Not Recommended!" or something to that effect.

Another way to encorporate this into the rest of the client, would be to set it so when entering champion select, only your marked Champions for a given role appear. One immediate complication I see with that is needing to be able to have the 16 plus champions available for draft mode. However, as long as "Show Only Marked Champions/Roles" was a in-champion select toggle, this concern could be alleviated.

I believe this feature would greatly improve my experience as I play League of Legends and acquire more Champion skills. There's the added mental accomplishment of feeling good enough to "check that box." And could definitely improve a draft experience for users who are struggling with getting their picks in time. I believe other users would gain value from this feature too.
