P: Mark of the Watcher; After an ability hitting an enemy champion, Borealis' next auto does bonus magic damage. This passive has a 10 second cooldown, but only on the same champion.

Q: Cold Front; Borealis forms a shield made of ice and sprints forward, he cannot be slowed but can be hard CCed, enemies struck take damage and are pushed aside.

W: Avalanche; Borealis leaps into the air, crushing the ground and dealing damage in the area, forming a small ice wall in front of him that can deflect skill shots and auto attacks. (Passive): if Borealis lands his own Q into the wall, it explodes outwards dealing max health damage.

E: Black Ice; Borealis forms an icy path along the ground, this move cannot be used across terrain. Borealis has full control and movement increase as he skates along the ice, enemies that pass over the ice have no movement control until they slide to the edge.

R: Blizzard!; Borealis slams the ground, summoning a massive storm of wind and snow, moving slowly across a section of the map. While the storm is active, enemies inside have diminished vision and are slowed by 15%. Borealis gains attack speed while inside the storm, and the storm leaves behind a trail of black ice so Borealis cannot lose the storm itself, and so enemies can escape the storm if they know which direction to go.
