I understand that Victorious Morgana is gifted to players of rank gold or higher, to commemorate the 2014 year. Buy what about us lower level players? I haven't even gotten the chance to reach level 30. :( What I wanted to ask was, "why isn't it possible to sell the skin as well? " I mean, I'd also like to commemorate the year. I played in LoL, watched a ton of videos, guides and even made accounts in site that have good champion guides(LolKing anyone? ;D). Point is, I feel like I been very involved in this game like those of high ranks... But, I'm simply not of a high rank. I'd like to buy that skin for one of my favorite champion, to show people that I am a proud Morgana player and that was playing LoL (at less ) since 2014. Aren't the skins of LoL more than just exclusively. (saw that this wasn't the case when the reopening of the limited-time-skins came along.) I'm sure many people feel this way too. I'd like to join the party :( (out in the rain)

The Victorious skins are for those players who have worked for a higher rank. You completely devalue the skin if you sell it, which is why it is not, nor will it ever, be for sale. You want to show you played in a season, buy the championship skins or get to 30 for a ranked icon.

It would be nice if it was an available reward in a later season. So if you weren't level 30 or weren't the rank required that season, you still have a chance down the line to obtain it.
