Jotis the Electrified!
Lore: Jotis is Jayce's younger brother. Although Jotis may not be as heroic or charming like Jayce, he is much more curious, daring, and adventurous. Even though Jotis has a rebel personality, he is still quite smart and aspire to many scientist in Piltover. Constantly accompanying Heimerdinger on his science experiments he learned a lot in the art of science. Seeing his older brother Jayce create the mercury hammer inspired him to combine what he has learn from the two and create his own invention. After countless months of working Jotis has created the "Thunder rod" and "Lighting Pod". Excited to show off the power of his invention he heads of to the fields of justice.

Passive- Juiced Up- Jotis's gains increased damage when Thunder Rod is juiced up and increased defense when Lightning pod is Juiced up. Once juiced up, Thunder Rod and Lightning Pod can not be juiced up again for twenty seconds.
Q - Thunder's send (18 second cooldown)- Jotis launches Thunder Rod to a target location creating a small electrical blast that slows and damages enemies nearby. If Jotis picks up Thunder rod his next basic attack deals bonus damage and the cool down is halved. If Jotis launched Thunder Rod in the mid to outer ring of "Thunder send's" range Thunder Rod becomes Juiced Up for the next eight seconds. (If Jotis is not wielding thunder rod his basic attack becomes ranged (500), as he fires from Lightning Pod.)
Thunder Line Wave- If lightning pod becomes attached with thunder Rod, thunder rod will fire an electrical blast in a straight line on both vertical sides slowing enemies and dealing magic damage.
W- Lighting's call- (16 second cooldown) Jotis throws Lightning pod in a straight line dealing damage, allies hit with Lightning Pod are given a shield(similar to lux). If Jotis throws lightning pod onto a wall it becomes attached to the wall. Jotis can also throw Lightning pod to the location of Thunder rod becoming attached. .
**(2nd activate) - **Zip!- If Lightning pod is attached to a wall or to Thunder Rod Jotis can activate this ability again to quickly dash to the location of lightning pod, detaching lighting pod from the wall or Thunder Rod,
**(3rd activate) - Zap!- **This can only be activated if Lightning Pod was previously on a wall. Lightning pod becomes Juiced Up for the next eight seconds, Jotis can activate this ability to once again throw lightning pod but it will only become attached if thrown onto "Thunder Rod".
(4th activate)- Zoom!- If Lightning Pod was thrown onto Thunder Rod from previously using "Zap!" Jotis can quickly dash towards Lightning Pod. When Jotis arrives from using "Zoom" he detaches lighting pod from thunder rod creating an electrical pull that brings enemies towards Jotis in a small area, Jotis also gains a small shield.
**E- Discharge to Recharge- **(15 second cool down) Jotis discharges the energy from his energy canister slowing Jotis by 20% for 2 seconds. After 2 seconds have passed Jotis energy canister recharges with a more energy Jotis then gains 20% movement speed and attack speed for 4 seconds.
**E- Overdrive- **When Jotis is Electrified "Discharge to Recharge" turns into "Overdrive". When in overdrive Jotis's energy canister instantly kicks in on activation giving Jotis 30% movement speed and attack speed instantly for the duration of Electrified.
R- Electrified- (120 second cooldown) Jotis can only activate this ability if both Thunder Rod and Lighting pod are Juiced up. Jotis becomes Electrified for 8 seconds as Juiced up resets and also remains active for the next 8 seconds. On initial activation Jotis creates a shockblast around himself with a range of 525 that deals a small burst of damage to enemy champions and slows them by 50% for 0.5 seconds. For the next 8 second duration of Electrified Jotis has a pulsing electrical area around himself with a 525 range that give all allies in range an exact percentage of MOVEMENT speed buffs or debuffs from Jotis. (Activate E "Overdrive" to guarantee a 30% boost, and ask allies to buff you with movement speed buffs so you can make them go faster as they will be the same speed as you. Be careful with being immensely slowed by enemy champions as that would also slow ally champions in range of electrified. Nunu probably counters this ult with his ult pretty damn hard.) (Attack speed buff from overdrive still only applies to Jotis)
Attack Power- 4/10 Defense Power- 4/10 Ability Power- 6/10 Difficulty- 10/10 (Q and W being core abilities both also being skill shots. Being able to be effective and use ultimate at the right time during 8 second window of being "Juiced up". Not being effective if Thunder Rod is badly placed. Also have to be quick and precise in executing combos. High cool downs requires making every move count. Hard champ, but fun unique kit.)
Mage / Fighter/
Main Role in a team- Utility top lane Mage. Why not support? No reliable cc. Mostly soft cc (slows) that last a short duration, and abilities are more valueble in being in the fight and getting the team to the fight instead of being back and peeling. Cool downs are very high and cant provide consistent support. Scales badly with support items. Just to have solid damage and scale well throughout a match has to focus on buying ap items, as a support wont be able to do that.
Combo in mind- Q to send Thunder rod behind enemy in range of gaining Juiced up for 8 seconds slowing and damaging enemy. Quickly press W to throw lightning pod towards a wall, and W again to dash to location of Lightning pod. Lightning pod juiced up along with Thunder rod. W again to throw Lightning pod onto thunder rod activating Thunder line wave. W again activating Zoom, dashing towards Thunder Rod and pulling enemies towards you. Auto attack for bonus damage from Thunder Send. R to activate Electrified, followed by E to activate "Overdrive" for yourself and boost teammates speed. -------------Just one combo in mind. All the skills in the kit flow really well together, but also have flexibility for room to get creative.

(Since Jotis is a bit rebellious himself possibly had the hots for wild Jinx when she was breaking the rules in Piltover) Ezreal- Good friends (Since Jotis is curious and adventurous, you can see how Ezreal an Explorer and Jotis can get along really well) Kennen (Friendly rival between artificial and real lightning.)
Just thought another utility top laner would be nice to add more variety to team comps. . Anyway, tell me what you guys think! :)~~
