Will there be more random events any time soon?

With the very anticipated release of the project skins. I was wondering if you (riot) could make a new community event! If an event comes up, please do not make the rewards icons. Maybe some skins like for pool party the Dr. Mundo thing. It has been a while since we last got skins for free from you... Please think this over! Aight thanks!
