Cmon riot you guys promised him since like season2. You breaking my heart not seeing him get anything when hes one of the good old war dogs.

I too would love to see this when it's finished.
That being said, I don't want to see it until it's perfect! I feel that riot might've had a few unannounced set backs, and combine that with other epic skins and various events, I think you can see how something that might've had some iteration troubles could take a bit longer than usually to develop.
Also, I am certain that DM Swain is gonna be Legendary quality at the very least. And could quite possible be Ultimate quality if riot really pulls out all the stops. And if it is ultimate quality, then that would be a very good explanation of why it took so long to make. DJ Sona took them an entire year at the very least to finish.
