(Probably) New Idea Concerning Skins in LoL

Hello! I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I was wondering if there's ever been the idea to add an owned skin tab either somewhere in the client or possibly to the collection or loot tab. I'm not sure how many people would use this but personally I think it would add to the experience of having skins. I myself have a few dozen but only playing a small pool of champions whenever I'm gifted one or unlock one for a champion that I don't use it somehow feels lost in the wind more or less; only being view able in a respective champion's skin page. I was just wondering if this idea has ever been floated around at Riot or if anyone else thinks this would be a cool idea. Thoughts?
