Hated Champion, Good Skin?

I may not like him but I think there should be a New skin for Teemo. A Mario themed skin for the mushroom lover. I can't think of much for his actions but I think this would be a hilarious skin. (there's already King Rammus. not aware if there is a mario skin) I enjoy the fact that this is downvoted. People can't get over the fact that god forbid I mentioned Teemo lol.
