If you play a lot of ranked, pick up Rek'sai so that you can FP her for yourself or your teammates. She is the most "in the meta" champ of the four you have listed currently.

Diana would be my second pick because she is the most versatile of the four, since she can be played in mid, top or jungle, and be built as a tank, assassin, or auto attack bruiser.

I wouldn't pick Rek, receiving further nerfs, will fall out soon if not already...

Diana is probably the strongest pick out of the ones mentioned.

It's a toss up between Diana and Rek'Sai, but I find Diana fun and haven't played Rek'Sai yet.
