please bring back older skins riot

as a league of legends player and still playing for 8 years I personally really wish they would bring back older skins specifically the pax skins and they could bring them back the way they did with championship riven where if you already have the skin before it was re-released you get a little border and if you buy the new one you get a different name I'm literally willing to spend $200 on a pax tf code but I dont want my account banned and I don't want to be scammed please riot do this i'm not the only one that wants this
