[Suggestion] Relic Shield Loading Screen Tip

Just like the title says, it would be awesome if there was a game tip about Relic Shield ! Just to inform your team about the mechanics of Relic Shield, the indicators showing a stack is available, and most importantly that they will not lose CS for it (let's face it, most carries will flame a support for CSing if they have no idea what Relic Shield does or how it works). There is a tip about Thresh's lantern (I believe added after people weren't using the lantern's pull mechanic) and hence I think the Relic Shield tip would be a good addition!
