New Champ possibility

I'm thinking riot that you should make the moon/Sun different guilds similar to noxus/demacia and possibly add champs such as what I thick there could be some kind of owl champion and the title Would be ____ scribe of the moon with a possible move set as follows. Nocturnal knowledge (passive): would give ____ increased exp per champion and minion kill. Diving slash (q): ____ swoops in a direction dealling attack damage to everything in the ability path. Moons word (w) sends a skill shot that will root the first target in place and an additional one to the left or right or possibly in a curve that deals a amount of magic damage according to remaining health. Moon light (e) area of effect slows and deals magic damage to all enemies and slightly heals allies in the circle. Midnight (r) ____ gets bonus attack damage and magic damage and while Midnight is active Diving slash makes ____ fly faster and Moon word will stun for a longer duration of time and Moon lights slow affect slows enemies by 30 more percent riot please take these into consideration if you like my idea I'd appreciate it alot
