I think we need rune page editor in champion select

I think will be nice if we have a opportunity to change rune page in champion select as well as masteries pages.

We can't because runes are part of the summoning ritual and must be prepared beforehand, or else you won't be able to perform the ritual; even worse, it may go very bad... don't you know what happened when the young Lee Sin failed his summoning ritual? Masteries, on the other hand, are more a matter of how you focus your magic while you are summoning a champion, and thus you can change your mind until right before beginning the ritual.

Sheesh summoner, have masters at the Arcanum Majoris completely given up on teaching these basics of our magic?

Wait, where is the Arcanum Majoris? And the Institute of War? WHAT HAPPENED HERE?!?
