Old Champions rework

Karthus is not in need of a rework. He was reworked in 2014.

Karthus is reworked already and doesn't need one. I once made a passive for amumu that he had limited amount if bandage which started from base and would slowly ravel when he moves. The bandages would be like when he turns around alot, he runs out of bandage faster but when he runs straight forward he would have enough bandage to move further. When he gets unravelled he is slower and squishier. He can find small pieces of bandage at random places which give him max HP and permadent bandage loot.
