New Champ Called Troongle

Passive- 4/20 (Blocks all CC) Q- Dank Kush(gives him 99999999999 armor and mr) W-Illuminati (Screen shows an eyeball for 3 seconds. In the 3 seconds 3 champions die. (passive) Every 3 mins 3 random monsters/minions die on the field) E- El Chapo ( Instant Recall) R-360 no scope (kills everyone on the field)
