[Champion Suggestion] Zakor, the Magnetized Wanderer

Please read the whole thing. It gets interesting.

Appearance: He is like a scavenger in the desert, so he wears protective clothes and a sort of veil that covers the back of his neck and the sides of his head (I apologize if this isn't much to work with)

Lore: When he was a boy living on the streets in Zaun, Zakor always wanted to be like Ekko, who he saw as his "future success story." He attempted to replicate Ekko's Z-drive, but it went horribly wrong. The result was a man who could create and control magnetic fields at will. Wielding a double-sided axe with a red lodestone in one side, he now wanders the Shuriman deserts, waiting for someone to challenge him. If you get on his bad side, he'll make sure to send your soul to the other side.

Damage Type: Magic

Abilities:

Passive: Magnetic Aura/Lodestone Effect

Magnetic Aura: Zakor constantly emits a magnetic field, causing him to take 20% reduced damage from Hextech devices. This includes, but is not limited to: Heimerdinger's abilities, Viktor's abilities, Hextech items. This prevents him from using Hextech items, but he can also block Sylas's Hijack.

Lodestone Effect: After three abilities, Zakor's next basic attack gains Lodestone Effect, causing him to switch his weapon from the normal end to the lodestone end. If the attack is used in base range, it gains 30 (+3 per level) magic damage and the target is knocked up for 0.75 seconds, reducing the cool down of his ultimate by 10 seconds. (Since the range is increased, it's harder to get this result) If the selected target is within 500 units, the attack deals no bonus damage, but Zakor leaps to the target instead. If a nearby target is selected before the impact, but no sooner than 0.1 seconds before the impact, he will bounce to the next target. Note: If the target is selected earlier than 0.1 seconds, Zakor will not bounce.

Q: Ion Precision Zakor throws his axe forward, dealing (50/65/80/95/110) (+10% AP) magic damage to the first enemy champion hit and sticking to them for 5 seconds. The axe can pass through minions and non-epic monsters, dealing 50% damage. If reactivated within the first 0.5 seconds, the target is pulled to Zakor. If reactivated later, Zakor pulls himself to the target.

Pulsation Bonus: While the axe is stuck to a target, long pressing the ability will deal (30/35/40/45/50) (+10% AP) (+5 per W rank) magic damage every 0.5 seconds while the axe remains in place. Taking damage while channeling cancels the ability.

W: Pulsation Zakor empowers his next attack. If the next action is a basic attack, it gains (30/50/70/90/110) (+ 15% AP) magic damage. If Lodestone Effect is active, Zakor can leap from 600 range rather than 500 (only applies to the initial strike). If used for an ability, a specific bonus is added depending on the ability.

E: Resonating Collision Zakor creates a field in his left hand (his hand faces forward). Using the lodestone, he then collides the two fields, creating a shockwave in front of him, dealing (75/85/95/105/115) (+20% AP) (+5% Magic Resist) adaptive damage and slowing by 45% for (1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2) seconds.

Pulsation Bonus: Targets are stunned instead of slowed for the same duration.

(This next part may be a bit bulky, but it creates a vivid picture as far as I can tell)

R: Gravitational Cataclysm Passive: Every (8th/6th/4th) consecutive basic attack gains Lodestone Effect. Active: Zakor leaps backward 450 units and throws his axe, causing it to hover midair in his previous location. He generates a magnetic force that becomes too great for the axe to contain, triggering a pulse-like wave of energy that spreads (3000/5000/7000) units. After a 1.5 second delay, the enclosed area becomes a gravitational field, pulling all champions within range to the center (2 second travel time). After holding the targets midair for 1 second, Zakor destabilizes the field, causing the pulse to return to the axe. The gravity collapses on the targets, dealing (200/450/700) (+35% AP) adaptive damage. They are immediately slammed on the ground, numbing their bodies, stunning for (1/2/3) seconds.

Pulsation Effect: Gravitational Cataclysm gains infinite range, but only effects visible champions.

Interactions: First Move: "If I was just going to be walking around, I could have stayed in Shurima. Bring me some fresh battle, Summoner." "Well, since I'm here, maybe I'll ask Ekko about what I did wrong. Not that I regret it, though." "They think they know what a fight is like. My dead enemies know it without a doubt."

First Encounter: Rek'Sai: "REALLY? You're here too? And I thought I could enjoy myself without having to glance over my shoulder every 5 seconds." "Uh, in case you forgot, I'm Zakor, girl. Remember? I'm the reason you don't show your face above ground more often than not." "We both know how this ends, Rek'Sai. Do I really have to demonstrate?" Azir: (Go ahead and come up with lore to go with #2 in particular) "I'm a free spirit, Azir. I bow down to no one. And no, a Summoner isn't like that." "Ah, yes. The original Sun Disc. You remember too, right? I very much enjoyed tearing it to shreds when you attacked my friends. I won't hesitate to do it again." "I could just pull your staff away, but I'm not going to because I want to enjoy this." Rammus: "Round and round and round he goes. Where he stops? I'll let you know when I'm through with him." Taliyah: "Shurima is not what you remember it to be, young lass. I know. I tore it down." Ekko: "You made a time travel device. You learned the mistakes of the future. I tried to make one too. I learned that I'm not an inventor." "Hey, Ekko! Remember me? Of course not. Last you saw me, I was fifteen years younger, but you haven't changed." "Times like these... We are reminded that the universe has a very twisted sense of humor and irony. I don't like it." Warwick: "HA! See? I told you going with Singed was a bad idea. Wait, who am I, you ask? Never mind." Singed: "Hey, look at me! I'm a walking failed experiment! Jealous much, are you?" Zac: "Wow, and I thought my building skills were horrible. You need to look in the mirror, dude."

To anyone who actually reads this through, feel free to add on in comments. I'd love some lore ideas, pictures of Zakor, quotes for kills and deaths, and anything else you can think of, even buying certain items! I'm really enthusiastic about this idea. Please help me get Riot to accept!

This champion has a few big flaws.

Firstly, his passive makes him instantly win lane against a select few champions, which means he will have to be permbanned by anyone who wants to play a hextech champion. Not to mention, the only actual "hextech" in game only is the 3 items. And an ability name or two, which could lead to confusion with some interractions.

Then his ult is stupidly overpowered. 7000 range may as well be global and an unavoidable aoe stun/pull is just so powerful. Imagine combining it with a malphite ult or ziggs, thats a 2v5 right there.

Change the passive and ult (and maybe lower a few damage numbers on the basic abilities) and I could see it being a cool concept.

Oh and it's nowhere near as complicated as aphelleos or even Lee Sin.
