has riot ever unlocked and sold those old halloween skins?

I still have some rp and i dont want to take chances with that mystery box since i have a fair amount of champs with dozens and dozens of skins -,-

so i am wondering if we ever had a skin sale on some of the old skins (been playing for like a yearishh but i want to get my hands on haunted nocturne or a undead ryze)
