A Way To Write Notes On League?

Idk, people might just say, get a book, open Word, jot it down on your wall... Idk, I feel like having some sort of virtual notebook, or just somewhere that you are able to write down notes within the game might seem like a cool idea? An example, I only have two rune pages, and since I switch between 5s and 3s, I play different champions and so I want to mess around with runes before I get into a game.
