My Champion Bob

I think it would be cool to have a champion that kind of resembles DBZ (Dragon Ball Z)

I know that their is a custom skin of lee where he is Goku but i mean an actual champ.

I've been thinking about this for a long time, so please don't shoot me down,.

Q- His Q is Sun Ray of death, where Bob does a small percentage of the enemy champions HP

W- His W is Dividing attack , where Bob does a small teleport (like Shaco's deceive) and the next attack will deal bonus damage

E- His E is Soul Energy where after 0.2 of channeling (time for channeling increases after max but so does damage) and deals alot of damage while stunning enemies in a small radius.

R- His R is Fusion where Bob takes a champion (doesn't have to be in the match) and together they fuse their energy into a series of 5 attacks, dealing massive amounts of damage.

Lore

Bob has lost to his arch-enemy Lee Sin and when he found that he was training in teh League Of Legends he tried his best and gained weird and unexplainable powers that he feels that Lee Sin can't match.
