New Malzahar skin?! Meow'zahar?!

Plans for new Malzahar skin leaked from Riot- Meow'zahar!

  • Malzahar's spell shield void shift (passive) will appear as a cat shape, complete with cat ears and whiskers
  • Call of the void (Q) will look like 2 kittens pouncing inward toward target location
  • Malzahar's voidlings (W) will obviously be little kittenlings
  • Malefic visions (E) appears as a ball of yarn on the target (to which the **kittenlings **would obviously be attracted)
  • Nether Grasp (R) features Malzahar suppressing his target as normal BUT the pool of energy underneath the target is a portal with kittens pulling the target down.

The new skin will be classified as a legendary skin- 1820 RP with plans for chroma bundle and icon set at 3200 RP. The date of release is currently set for never since Riot already has too much money and this skin would obviously make them so rich that they literally would not know what to do with themselves. RIP meow'zahar.

I would buy it. Not for the quality of the skin. Only for the wordplay in the name. Same with Kitty Katarina

Ehhh.....It just seems like a joke that will get old fast.Like Meowkai.Sure it was fun for a while but the cat theme adds nothing to both characters.And all the particle changes in the world will not fix how "flat" this skin could be.Compare this to overlord malzahar.It was a simple theme,but it added a lot to his character,turning him from a mage that wants to conquer the world to a person that actually conquered the world.Meowzahar adds nothing to him.It will just feel tacked on.This is why almost nobody buys joke skins anymore.Most joke skins just feel like costumes put onto the champions,instead of something that the champion would actually look like.For a malzahar joke skin,I would like to see,'definitely not victorious malzahar'.It would be like the normal malzahar,but tones the power f his abilities down (lore-wise) so that he fails at everything he does,still keeping his serious attitude.Imagine him saying "I shall use my minions to engulf this world in darkness.."only to summon some retarded looking mutant frog that rams it's head into the opponent until it explodes.This skin would still keep the character of malzahar but make him into more of a comical character.
