Hello, Does somebody has experiences with buying account?

Against policy don't do it
Almost every account that's sold is either a hacked account, which can screw the original account holder over if they want to come back to the game, or a botted account, which will get banned whenever riot does their mass ban waves for 3rd party programs. It's not really worth it.
