I saw this skin.

I think it would be pretty cool if riot could make this skin, I Own noooo rights to the picture but it is still pretty awesome! I would like to leave it to you guys to figure out how her spell splash art would work. If you can find the thread for me or website that this picture is from that would be amazing. I'm not positive, But I think its somewhere on Reddit<3 <3 <3 <3 <3 Also if you have any cool skins you can post for me that would be great. Please post as many as you can find that don't look similar to her other skins. Since I will be posting all skins on my YouTube channel, I will need the names of the people that created them and what website they are posted on. No stick figures please. "lol" And if you created a cool creation/concept skin for Cassiopeia Please put your name or IGN on here. So I can make sure that you are noticed for your work!

I accidentally posted this on the wrong board so hopefully this is better <3 I guess If the person who trys the best on getting me skins will get a IP boost or Exp boost. Or a skin on sale. depends on what you want. if you win and beg hard enough I might give you a good one of your choice.. if you reallllllllyyy need it.
