Yordle Frog Champ

Yordle Frog Champ: _A young Yordle frog, who lost his family to a Noxus invasion. A old Ionian wandering master took him in when he found the hero dying of starvation. The new master briefly taught this champion, but gained a sickness of old age and died. He then passed on his royal sword to this Yordle, since he had no other sons. _

The Kit

{Passive}: Combat awareness: Increases movement in combat by 1-50% depending on how close you are to a enemy champion.

{Q}: Quick strike: Empowered auto attack that stuns the target for 1 second, and surrounding targets around the victim for half the stun amount.

{W}: Leap: Hops in a target direction (use able over walls). No damage.

{E}: Attach: Lash out the champion's tongue to "Leash" onto the target. When reactivated, pulls the user to the enemy victim. At arrival, "auto attack" hit is done (on hit damage applies). Can pull the user to jungle camps too.

{R}: Emperor's Blade: Unlocks "holy armor" around the frog, and the sword burns brighter than the sun. When active, all abilities gain extra features. Damage taken is reduced based on the amount of enemy champions around 5/7/10% per champ (true damage doesn't get reduced).

_Ult activation Effects_
     

•      {Q}: Auto attack in addition to a stun, creates a bright sword "print" in the ground. Any enemy that steps on it will
        damage and will be burned.
  

•      {W}: Leap gains extra range, and after the leap. Any target he lands on will be slowed.
  

•      {E}: His left hand creates a "Light Chain". Projectile time is faster. When hits a target, they are slowed. He can reel himself into
        them still.
  

•      {R}: Reactive to disable the armor for a shorter cool down. (Ult duration should be 10 seconds. Every second not used reduces this **90 second cooldown** by 3. The sword should glow if ult is up, so people who lane vs. this champ will know he has ult ready)
