Very similar to bards ultimate, a quick cast if hit can turn allies invisible for a small period of time giving them a massive boost in speed and an amplified attack like duskblade. would be hard to pull off certain combos but something cool could happen like assisting your team mate escape or gank a lane. Just minding your own business then BAM volibear is behind your over extended self.
They said that when they concepted Lux way back when, they had toyed with the idea of her shield granting invisibility. However, they said the mechanic proved WAY too powerful and canned it pretty quickly. If they did this, it would absolutely destroy the game with the invisibility alone, and create utter chaos if it had a speed boost and Duskblade effect. This is a hard, hard no.

I already hate twitch popping up out of nowhere. Imagine a fucking 5 man team suddenly turning up somewhere.

Change that to temporary camouflage
get rid of the movement speed/bonus damage OR make it work on just one ally

And then it may be balanced. Maybe. Unless you where talking basic ability.
