Infernal Nasus' Siphoning Strike animation is slow and sluggish compared to his other skins

I recently purchased Infernal Nasus and I noticed that his Siphoning Strike is slower than his other skins. The YouTube link (not my video BTW) ( Infernal Nasus q: http://youtu.be/H_VPge5p-K0 ) shows a comparison between two skins. You van clearly see the difference. The Q animation for Infernal Nasus should be sped up
