Battlecast Bard

Bard Is one of my favorite champions ever. His ability to kite and play tricks with people is almost unmatched, and when he wrecks you out of nowhere it is truly frustrating.

To commemorate this, I want Bard to have an evil looking skin. Something to contrast this mythical being by being a machine.

To make it work in the lore, Viktor has taken mostly champions from the void and made them Battlecast (i.e. Cho-Gath and Vel-Koz). So it would make sense for him to take a mythical, multi-dimensional creature and make it Battlecast also. Bard would be the support role of the Battlecast skin line, and his aggressive play-style would fit with those of his counter-parts.

Bards Abilities:

• Q: Bard's Q would be a rocket that is shot of his scepter. Once it came in contact with an enemy, the tip of the rocket would shoot out, with a wire connected to the first enemy struck, and reach out for another enemy to make the stun.

• W: Bard's shrine would be, in my opinion, the crowning jewel of his abilities. It would start out as a metal seal on the floor, and would slowly rotate open (like a launch bay for a missile) and reveal a mine when fully charged. I wish I was an artist to show my ideas but I don't want to try and insult people here.

• E: Bards E would be a red tunnel that would turn it's travelers into a big rolling metal ball that has red lights shining from it.

• R: Bard's ultimate should be a flurry of metal blades spinning in the target location (similar look to Metal Rammus' ultimate) and if possible freeze everyone red.

This is my first time writing something like this, so please make suggestions and be kind to my ideas. If you think this would be a cool skin idea also, please up vote and let's see Riot make an awesome skin.
