Champion Concept - Elemental Magus

This concept is just that. I have no lore. No stat details in any way. Just generic skill descriptions. I realize this is a different form of Karma but I think her play style is really fun and could be cool on a different type of champion.

Elemental Magus Support/Tank/Fighter

Passive: Power of the Elements - When using an empowered ability you are granted bonuses based on the empowered spell for a few seconds. Bonuses increase with rank of R.

Q - Earth - Passive: Increase base health regen %.

Active: Creates an eruption at target location that deals magic damage. Max damage at the center and minimum damage at the edge of the radius.

Empowered Q - Allows you to cast eruption twice and adds a knock up to the effect. The same enemy can't be knocked up twice.

W - Wind - Passive: Allies near you have increased move speed.

Active: Summons a gale force wind in target direction. Enemies running into the wind are slowed by 50% while in the wind and deals mild magic damage. Allies running with the wind have their movement speed increased by 25% while in the wind. The speed buff rapidly decays as allies leave the AoE.

Empowered W - The wind's ferocity increases and shreds all resistances of enemies by a percentage.

E - Fire - Passive: Auto attacks apply DoT to enemies.

Active: Channel fire from your hands in a line for 2 seconds dealing magic damage. The damage increases as the spell is cast. You cannot move while casting this ability. The channel can be interrupted.

Empowered E - Greatly increase the range this ability.

R - Elemental Surge - Passive: Can hold 2 charges. Activate to gain the empowered version of each ability. Not affected by cool down reduction. The cool down can be reduced by dealing damage to enemy champions. (DoT damage does not apply)
