Dr. Kravius was deeply inspired by the works of the mad scientist Dr. Mundo. He saw potential in the drugs that twisted and mutated the great doctor. If it could be perfected it could provide great boosts to or significant reduction of the abilities of troops mid battle. Making a soldier numb to pain, or changing their skin color to blend in, rapidly healing, becoming faster and better. Thanks to Dr. Mundo's work none of this was merely ideas but a reality, although imperfect ed it has granted Mundo great power on the battle field.

After years of work he has accomplished it, 9 perfect serums and a modified crossbow designed to shoot syringes and he is ready to make his own contribution to the war.

Passive: He gains 3 charges whenever he visits the shop, these charges can be used on allies to heal them 10 percent of their maximum hp by basic attacking them once he has no charges he cannot use this to basic allies anymore. This ability has a 5 second cool down.

He gains 4/6/8 % movement speed.

First ability or q: He can target an ally to give 7/9/11/13/15 % damage reduction or reduces damage dealt by an enemy by 6/7/8/9/10 %. 10 second cool down

Second ability or w: Grants an ally invisibility for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds, If cast an an enemy it makes them visible in bushes and fog of war for the same duration.15 second cool down

3rd ability or e: Grants 5/5.5/6/6.7/7 % move speed, 6/7/8/9/10 % cool down reduction, and 10/20/30/40 % attack speed to ally, or the opposite to an enemy for 10 seconds. 30/28/26/24/22 second cool down

Ult or R: Regens 30 % of target allies max hp over 5 seconds, or deals 30 % of target enemies max hp over 5 seconds. 60/50/40 second cooldown

There I have it, your first support adc riot. His abilities have no ap or ad ratio making this ranged unit have a single damaging ability and a bunch of buffs/debuffs for either team. His only real way of lowering peoples hp down so he can kill them is to increase the damage they take and basic attack them making him ideal for either a tanky support, or an adc that goes all in.

He has a decent but not unlimited instant heal.

He can increase an allies damage or reduce an enemies

He can make a carry or himself invisible for positioning or make an enemy visible for a while to ensure they don't escape.

He gives a huge buff to his teams carry, or debuff to the enemy teams carry.

Then lastly he can either heal an ally over time, or kill an enemy this is an in the moment decision he must make.
