I think it's first a Project Yasuo visual update because of forum members previously reporting it being too clunky effecting their gameplay, and then an assembly of Project skins.

I'm also curious if it's pre-emptive of new base or alternate Zaun or Piltover lore for the future?

I'm pissed MasterYi isn't getting it. He has no high-quality skins and hasn't received a new one in a long time. His playstyle and theme is also perfectly suited for a PROJECT skin.

Zed definitely needed the skin, perfect fit and i'm happy.

XIn just got that secret agent skin a few months ago.

Irelia literally got the Lotus skin a month ago.

Lucian could use the skin I guess.

Leona, as a support tank, doesn't seem to fit the high-impact high-speed theme that most of the PROJECT skins encompass.

Yi hasn't received a skin in years.
