Should Xins' W should apply on hit effect?
i could write a whole lot here, but i think this is all self explanatory.

shouldn't be overpowered, maybe do half on hit dmg, just seems logical to have his spear apply it with a thrust. maybe 1/4 dmg in the crescent close to him, or 75% on hit dmg/ effect, depending on the direction you would want to go with that.
