OP here: I'm thinking now more of this, and..... Frog needs a friggin Hydropack to make this work. This should work for now. I was thinking of a frog with a stick, but...... The river is there for a reason, and someone needed a benefit from the water.

Spend time in water to recharge your Hydropack pressure (5/6.5/8sec full charge time). Hydropack has a base flight time of 8 seconds (drains at 12.5% per sec) -CD increases time multiplicatively- Spells used in water do NOT expend pressure when charging or at full charge

ACTIVE: Activate your Hydropack, gaining movement speed, ,attack range for 8 seconds and no unit collision While Hydropack is active, your skills are empowered.

[Ability 2]: Tongue slap / Slaphouse: [No pressure in hydropack/not active]- Send out a powerful tongue punch to first enemy dealing (10-30-55-70-105)+(1.5%-2%-2.5%-3%-3.5% targets max HP)physical damage and applies a 1.25 second slow (10%-15%-20%-25%-30% movement speed reduction) [using pressure:} cleave multiple targets with tongue a tongue punch from the air, dealing (25-45-65-85-105)+(1%-2%-3%-4%-5% targets max HP) physical damage to each target. activate again to use tongue to snare first enemy in place for (0.75 seconds/1.25/1.75/2.25/2.75)

[Ability 3] Leap: Passive: increase movement speed by (9%/18%/27%/36%/45%)

Active: Leap can be cast two additional times, losing 30% distance and damage each jump. (max range: 1000/1100/1200/1300/1400/1500) (Max additional damage: 100/200/300/400/500) Active while Hydropack: (max range: 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500) You lose passive movement speed while on cooldown.

Passive: Increased Hydropack pressure. by 50% (Four seconds of float/ four more seconds of float/ four additional seconds)-base flight time 8 seconds-

Active: Flip up your Hydropack jets and use as a cannon. It's force pushes you backwards and follows your cursor (can shoot in two directions). you can slow the push, by clicking to move

One of the abilities could be him singing with his croaks to apply a continuous cc as long as he is not interrupted. Some species in South America are known to do so.

you know what else be really unique about this champion is that it would gain movement speed as i would travel across the river, make it have ganking potential, and would provide serious strats for the champion its ganking, that would also force the champions in lane to ward ... this is brilliant, kappa.

Gromp: Guardian of the Jungle

Passive: Will not attack anyone (or thing) until attacked, after attacked, Gromp is able to fire a bolt which travels slow but does large amounts and damage and can not be cancled no matter how far away you go (one last bolt is always fired, even if cross map).

Q: "Gracious Hop" Gromp slowly moves forward, making large hops yet only travels inches with each leap. Each leap deal damage based on max hp and slow for 15% (each point increases slow by 5. W: "Poisonous Skin" Passive. All attacks on Gromp deliver (scaling with points in skill and AP) a damage over time poison. E: "Ancient Protection" Gromp regenerates hp at a rapid pace, however loses a large percent of his mana also (for every 5 mana used, Gromp heals 1.5 hp or something similar). R: "Primal Rage" Gromp lets out a call and summons all neutral monster (except Baron). All creatures relocate themselves (Dragon flies over, other creeps walk). Monster fight for Gromp for the next 10/15/20 seconds (scales w/ points).

Anyone suggesting that the champ utilizes the river seems to forget that Summoner's Rift is the only map with a river on it. It's fine for a small bonus, but don't base a large part of the kit around water.

Look at Azir. His AS from CDR is his real passive, with the Sun Disc being a bonus feature.
