Champion idea: Tibbers

Hello everyone!

Okay so this just came to my mind:

How about a champion similar to Gnar, but bonded to another champ? Let me explain what I mean. Whenever I play Annie, I have trouble moving Tibbers around because I just don't pay much attention to him. I just let him do whatever and most times he dies to a turret because I let him afk stand around near one. My friend and I both agreed it would be a lot of fun to actually be able to play Tibbers! He and Annie would work best in a duo since they belong together. That means: If we have an Annie ingame, she'll have her own Tibbers. If we have a Tibbers ingame, he'll be on his own and if we have both, they'll belong together just like Kalista and the person she ults.

How could Tibbers work? Here are some of my thoughts: He should be able to transform between Teddy-Tibbers and his bear form (this is why he's similar to Gnar). That would probably be his ultimate. Furthermore, he would definitely need this burning thing in a surrounding area, like the Sunfire Cape passive but stronger. He also needs a short stun, maybe also around him in a circle, just like Annies ultimate works. Less damage, a little shorter. Like Lissandra. Additionally, he could 'charge' up one strong bite against enemies or neutral monsters. I'm running out of ability ideas, but I think it would be a lot of fun to play a completely thought through champion like this. Just temporarily, if it's impossible to add him to all the other champs, which I understand because we never had such a strong connection between two champs before.

What I just thought about: If both Annie and Tibbers were in the game, Tibbers shouldn't be able to walk too far away from her. That means he teleports next to her if it ever happens. I'm not sure how that would work ingame, but that's how current Annie's Tibbers works. And maybe they could even share abilities, so for example that Annie's shield is stronger when Tibbers is around, or that they stack together and need a total of 8 stacks for a stun. I'm just brainstorming right now haha, but yeah. If you like the idea or have any questions or anything to add - go ahead! I'll be glad. :)
