Usually there's going to be a time for other people that buy skins, but regret buying them. This is a idea of just Riot COULD add if they wanted. Since there are so many skins and skins we don't use and only 3 refunds I was thinking a day where you could refund skins. Of course there are people that will buy a skin then refund it then repeat. But you could also just give back 2 or 1 refunds.

You would get them like such: Bronze/Silver: 0 Gold/Plat: 1 Diamond/Master: 2 Challenger: 3
This would give people a lot more incentive to grind and a bit more reward to just try to get out of bronze/silver.

Yes, refund tokens do only refund the RP and not the actual money used to buy it, but if every time a new champion or skin came out that now 50% of the player base can just buy without spending more money on it, it's less money for Riot. Not giving out refund tokens to people in the lower half of the bracket at all means that Riot makes MORE money because they aren't refunding things they don't like as much to buy newer things anymore.
