Champion concept, Sus'trai, the Spell Thief <-Put better name n title here :P
Soooo I've been thinking that it would be dope if we had a champion that is able to steal, use abilities of other champions, enemies and I came up with sth that goes like that:
All his/her (I'll be useing 'he' for my sake) kit would be based on the theme of plundering, theft. I have no imagination in terms of design so... :( there we go with skills (also not a genious in balancing DMG, CDs etc so I'll just put an X in those places):
Passive: If enemy uses any ability in Sus' range, he steals some energy of that ability and gets 'spell fragment'. Once he collects X 'spell fragments' his next used ability will be empowered.
Hand of plundery [Q]: Depending on the visual design it might look and maybe work differently. I see that maybe as spiritual, energy hand striking from his chest or hand straight or in cruscend motion, maybe passing throught minions and if it kills a minion/monster it might steal its life force to heal Sus', it's not that important, because the main thing that ability does is when it hits enemy to rip out some of the energy giving Sus' another passive stack.
Empowered: One of listed below (not sure which makes more sence) -Abilities DMG is increased -Sus' can use this ability second time, maybe with increased DMG on secund use or actually giving him not second but also third use but without increased DMG?
Ultimate theft [W]: Sus' puts himself in trance for Xs, once activated first ability used on him is weaker by X%(depending on lvl)(deals reduced DMG, if its slow it would slow less sth like that) and if Sus' can survive it he can use that ability once, not being limited by time. (He moves slower while using that ability) -Ability deals same amount of DMG as orginal. -Every ability that is soaked for 1st time is put on CD. -While Sus' has that ability soaked enemy with that ability has longer CD on that ability? Deals less DMG with it?
Empowered: One of listed below
-Can now absolb Ultimate abilities (I'm not sure if not empowered ability should be able to do such)
-Can now absorb 100% dmg
-Absorbed skill will do increased amount of DMG
Movement plundery [E]: Sus' transforms himself into energy and dashes to targeted location in double crescend motion (range always is the same and can't be regulated)(something like Dianas Q but looking more like that --> () giving enemy oportunity to dodge while being in middle or on the sides of energy flow). Sus' steals portion of enemies movement speed for Xs. Sus' can reactivate this ability to get movement speed burst (gaining more speed for each enemy hit) for Xs depending on time of slow left on enemies.
For example - if slow duration is 6 secunds and Sus' reactivates this ability instantly, he gets 6s of seed burst, but if he reactivates it after 2s he'll get boost for 4s.
Empowered: Dash no longer slows but instead plunders enemies from their abilities, silencing them for Xs (Not sure about reactivated effect) -After reactivation Sus' will explode dealing DMG to enemies near him -After reactivation all enemies hit take DMG DMG is increased for every abilty (of enemies hit) that weren't on cooldown.
Thief Legacy [R]: For Xs Sus' is able to use abilities of marked champion (enemies and allies can be marked). DMG of abilities deends on Sus'/marked champion statistics. If used on enemy it weakens/puts on longer CD or gives enemy Sus's abilities kit (with [W] on both stances - empty or with ability stolen).
