Plain of Dreams: Where does one go when the dream? It is known by all cultures but not as a physical places. The plain of Dreams is empty plain of existence that is filled with magic. It is accessed by natural magic flowing through a being’s mind unconsciously rests. The Plain of Dreams is described as an almost endless field of clouds. Where the dreams body manifest as they dream in their independent cloud. But as this plain of dreams was used more and more it began to formed its own being. create and monitor each being's dream clouds. Often hopping in and out of different dream clouds. The first of these beings is known as Rem. The other known being is called NocturneNocturne . Nocturne Nocturne was created from the negative magic that had created Rem. These two balanced each other within the plain of Dreams.

Rem - Keeper of Dreams Rem comes from the plain of Dreams. Her existence began when the first conscious mind fell asleep. She is known a the creator of pleasant Dreams. Rem gains her name from because the dream clouds that Rem created deep sleep allowing more pleasant dreams. Rem used the magic in the plain of Dreams to keep dreams pure. NocturneNocturne, that equal to Rem, enjoys the interference and torture of those within their own dream. After countless deaths, Rem had had enough of Nocturne'sNocturne uncontrolled ways. One day while NocturneNocturne was interfering with a Human’s Dream. Rem entered to put a stop to his torture of the pour souls mind. As they two powerful foes fought and the collision of the Dream plains magic, a foreign magic appeared and ripped a hole within the plain of dreams. This rip pulled NocturneNocturne into it. Seeing the opportunity Rem sealed the unknown magical rip shut, locking NocturneNocturne in a new plain of existence. Rem thought that this was the end of her battle with NocturneNocturne. Until she encountered him within another's dream. Avoiding him she watched him torture the dreamer. He then appeared to rip a hole in the dreams existence and left the dream. Shocked that NocturneNocturne was still alive, Rem new that the safety of the plain of dreams would never be guaranteed until the end of Nocturne Nocturne. She followed him through the rip, finding herself manifesting in the physical world. Rem now wonders this plain of existence making sure NocturneNocturne never again finds a way to return to the plain of Dreams.

Passive Dream Collection - Abilities give Rem dreams which stack until upon her next auto attack adds additional magic damage. Max amount of Stacks increase per level.

Q: Dream Shock - Rem lays a cloud that is invisible to the enemy. After a short delay if enemies run into this cloud they take minor magic damage and become slowed. While if allies run into it they become healed and gain burst of movement speed.

W: Long Day - Rem drops a cloud that if a enemy comes within range deals magic damage until the cloud is destroyed or if long day is cast again. While in range it slows, but if in range for over 5 seconds it give Rem 2 Dreams and stuns for a short delay.

E: Cloudy Vision - Target is surrounded by clouds. There auto attacks miss and abilities deal less damage. If cast upon ally or Rem, they gain movement speed and increased attack damage. Every auto attack the enemy target is hit by gives Rem a Dream stack or if used on Ally/Rem kills enemy champion it gives a Dream Stack.

R: It was all a dream - Rem gains max amount of Dream Stacks for the whole duration of the Ult. If used with max stacks the fog last longer with more stacks. Rem surrounds herself by a thick fog that follows her for a duration. When this fog comes in contact with allies they are lightly healed and stuns enemies it comes in contact with. Rem is the only one that can attack within the fog. Even ally attacks deal no damage. When Ult is over Rem is granted a small shield for a short duration.

She's got three stuns. Might want to change that.
