champ skins as display icon in actual game play

so im sure people have thought about this, there might even be another forum about this. but here goes since i bought my very first skin and played with it i wondered why my in game icon was still the classic skin icon. and if you are wondering what icons i'm talking about i'm talking about the in game portrait that u see on the left side and the champion icon on the minimap i just feel that since i spent the money to get a skin for a champ that it be represented in game instead of just the classic skin floating around on the minimap idk just putting it out there
