[Gameplay/Personality concept] Ancient ethereal Guardian Ao Shin

For Ao shins Personality : Ao Shin should be a thing of legend a thing that in times of peril gods will take part in the lives of mortals. Ao shin has observed many people and many of which have disappointed this ancient god. He then plagues with storms and revives the loneliest and deserted places with a rejuvenating breath of wind. In the early years of the Ionian empire he was the central focus of society. Wars were christened in his name for prosperity and honor and other times those who called on his name sullied it with blood and carnage. Being as how Ao is, he ascended only to assist the righteous should he ever come down other wise a storm is brewing .... and its soon to pick up..

For Ao shin's gameplay Ao Shin should be both "Merciful and merciless in gameplay" Either mid or support Ao shin should assist his allies in lane or in team fights by using his cc and passives to turn the battle I.E second wind His allies should be protected and have time to peel off of his cc though his cc Q(Knock up)/W(Slow field/malz pool for cc of multiple enemies or atleast sorakas silence portal size)/R (aoe burst with slow )will create times for ganks his passive of Casting on allys should also help him be a medic/ savior his q would allow his to dash in a line leaving a trail for ally to move faster along which would be a great escape tool for ao shin either leaping walls or engaging W - would cc enemies or grant shield to an ally that needs help either in team fight or in lane as support E - would allow ao shin to sustain his laner like nami or himself if he needs to get away himself R - ult damages area in large scale damage in which allies benefit and enemies suffer

Onto skills

passive- Serene decent

  •              Ao shin can apply skills to allys for buff 
    
  1.             Q gives movement if passing through ally 
    
  2.             W grants flat no scaling shield  for ally 
    
  3.             E  heals ally based off of ap scale
    

Q- voyage of the east/ journey or origin

  1. Q gives movement if passing through ally / or leaves trail or wind in his wake of dashing
  2. skill shot ao shin travels in a straight line(skill shot) allows passage through walls and knocks up on connection to enemy champ

W- whirlwind / Grace of Ionia

  1.   consume 1 stack of storm for shield
    
  2.   ao shin spins around enemy making a whirlwind(ie malzahars pool/veigar gate) slows and does ap
    

E- Breath of fresh air / Gentle breeze 1. consumes 2 stacks of storm to cast on ally heals ally 2. Ao shin gets health regen and movement speed

R- Storm approaches/ seiryus wrath

  1.  passive- acquire stacks of storm 1 per skill at full stacks next skill does 10-15% more damage
    
    cooldown on passive 120
  2.   active
    
    • unleash fury of the storm does damage ground breaks and tornado rises doing ap damage
  3. Allies gain increased buffs in radius of ult ie ult plus q means whole team gets increased movement push to chase runners down w an ally the shield will be stronger and the e will heal the team instead of single ally

**Items ** mostly magic pen and utility/tank

  • rylais/ frozen heart for tank to engage and hinder enemies
  • morellos to reduce the targets healing factor

Scalling and damage is up to riot but i think this would be a strong viable champ
