PLEASE MAKE THIS A CHAMPION

The champion name is not decided but I was thinking something along the lines of "GhostBlade" BUT he/she/it is based on AD DPS. SO basically his lore is. Most people mistake GhostBlade to be the person wielding the blade but it's actually the blade that steals the souls of mortals to do its bidding. No one knows of the true origin of the blade, but the people perceive it to be a warrior of a strong soul who poured it into the blade when he died.

A cool little easter egg could be that the "Blade of the Ruined King" is the blade, and whenever you purchase it, a voice could say, "I have slain many with this blade, and now, it will avenge me."

ANYWAY now that the easy part is out of the way, LETS GET TO THE ABILITIES woo hoo...

PASSIVE, Soul Reaper, Every minion/champion he kills gives him a stack of attack damage (minions 0.5 champions 2 stacks assists 1 stack minion assists WHO THE FLIP CARES ABOUT MINION ASSISTS 0.25) The stacks reset once he is killed.

[Q] - Devastating Empowerment

This attack empowers your next attack, dealing [200] [225] [250] [275] [300] magic damage. This attack Marks enemies sort of like Lucian, and he gains attack speed while attacking marked enemies. This attack is an AOE attack. Cool Down [15] [14] [13] [12] [10]

[W] - Break Away

The person that holds GhostBlade throws it at a target champion, then, you play as the blade. The blade is invulnerable but person who threw it is not. this lasts only 5 seconds. The further away you get from the person who threw you the weaker you get. This attack does [100] [125] [150] [175] [200] on impact and X after that. Cool Down [20] [19] [18] [16] [15]

[E] - Mirror Image

GhostBlade steals part of the soul of the enemy champion of his choice. This makes the enemies stuns do slow, and the slows, heals, shields, and other crap be [10%] [15%] [20%] [25%] [30%] weaker. This also makes the person wielding GhostBlade be the champion whos unfortunate soul was stolen and freak everyone out ;) This last for [5] [7.5] [10] [12.5] [15] seconds Cool Down [15] [13] [11] [9.5] [7.5]

[R] - Ultimate Devestation

THIS ATTACK CONSUMES ALL AVAILABLE STACKS IN INTERVALS OF 50 (So basically if u hav 57 stacks u will b left with 7. If u hav 176 stacks u will b left with 26 stacks and so on)

GhostBlade strikes the enemy thrice, the third time, he strikes the ground, bringing up dark energy orbs from the ground. The default number of orbs that come up is 3 but you can increase this number depending on the number of stacks you have. These orbs fly toward the enemy that you were attacking, and when the enemy dies (IF he/she/it dies) the orbs target the next few things with the highest health. This might be a minion or a monster or whatever. If nothing is in range, the orbs will follow you until things are in range, because no one wants to waste their stacks :D Cool Down [120] [100] [80]

THIS ATTACK ALSO GENERATES STACKS

The overall damage of this attack (With no stacks) is [350] [500] [750]

Each orb does 50 damage

THE NAME DOES NOT NECESSARILY NEED TO BE GHOSTBLADE

SO YEA that pretty much sums it up. What he says and stuff is TOTALLY up to Riot or u guys I DONT CARE

P.S. PLEASE if this becomes a champion (which I HIGHLY doubt) PLEASE PLEASE PPPPPPPPPPLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEE make a project skin for him PROJECT SKINS ROCK. And another weird request I KNOW THIS MAKES NO SENSE BBBBBBBBUUUUUTTTTTTTT. I play Nocturne so if you guys could make a Project Nocturne skin I WOULD TOTALLY BUY IT.
