[USER INTERFACE] Gift DECLINE button

Please add a decline button on gifts. On mystery gifts it wouldn't take much to change it so that the gift contents are not revealed until they are accepted.

1. A person may not want to accept a gift for personal reasons, feeling in debt etc
2. I have had someone accidentally gift the wrong account, they sent it to another account I had from a long time ago but Riot would not refund it or move the skin to the account I actually use. Could have been avoided.
3. I do not want Master Yi. I hate him and my friend gifted him to me to troll me and now I get him in ARAM and it is the worst thing ever.
