deployable - no internet military version

Dear Riot,

I love your game, and am military which means that I will not be able to play for the next 7-12 months as I am on deployment. Has anyone ever thought of creating a deployment license, and or deployable game versions? I for one will be sad when I get back I will be way behind in not only the new meta but also just not having practiced the meta at all. This not only comes as a good will offering from you in America but can be used internationally as multiple militaries have deployable forces. Further more, you just moved to Chicago with all of your servers and there are multiple very large bases in the area. Most notably the Navy's Boot Camp and multiple "A" schools. Which would be the perfect breeding ground for people to try out the game. Deployed we have limited ability to access new content but if treated like world's or other tournaments it would be great! Pre-deployment a unit could request a Worlds-esque package the data could be downloaded and added to the Morale Welfare and Recreation data (the people that deal with all entertainment for deployed units/ships/air squadrons/batallions) I.e. Worlds was played on 5.18 I'm sure all pro-players had access to all characters, runes, and masteries. If you give a bunch of military personnel who will have excess money to spend on champions and skins 8 months to have interpersonal tournaments regularly you can expect they will not want to ip grind for the champs and runes masteries and skins when they return home and will likely purchases boosts.
