*Gamemode Idea* Title: Unleash The Manatees

This gamemode is a idea for April Fools Day.

UNLEASH THE MANATEE: I Was thinking a mixture of A spoof One for all and Ultra Rapid Fire. Meaning, 10 of the same Champion with that champion being Urf the Manatee!

For the passive: i was thinking it could be something like The passive from ultra rapid fire mode but Minus the 80% Cooldown Reduction.

For the abilities: (Now this is where it gets crazy) The abilities will be any ability from any champion but it cannot have 2 of the same abilities from that champion! Now hold your thought! before you say anything, listen to this. Let's say we have 10 urfs on the great rift, one could have (For Example) Rengar's Q, Shaco's W, Ezeral's E and Ekko's Ultimate but another player could have Something completely different. It would be completely random for all summoners and different each time you enter a new game.

Sounds great until you get Traveler's Call (Bard's Passive), Blood Boil(Nunu), Heightened Senses(Quinn), Brushmaker(Ivern) and Highlander(Yi). Other than that slightly unlikely kit it would be hella fun. Great idea!
