Champion Concept: Claudevalde - The Master Manipulator
#Claudevalde - The Master Manipulator# ##Ranged Control Mage##
#----------------------------------------------------Abilities----------------------------------------------------
#Passive ##
Threads in the Grand Design:Any time an enemy champion is killed by a team mate under the effect of Pull Their Strings, Claudevalde is granted a permanent +5 AD##Deceptive Mirror (30 second cooldown): When Claudevalde drops below 25% health he creates a shield that reflects a portion of enemy damage back at them (10-20%)
#Q ##Framed!: (Basic ability) Claudevalde's next basic attack fears the target and causes projectiles to be fired from them which damage other nearby neutral and enemy units for a portion of Claudevalde's basic attack damage (60-75%) (and draws the attention of neutral monsters to the target).
#W ##
Deceptive Mirror: (Personal shield - 10 second cooldown)Claudevalde creates a shield that reflects a portion of enemy damage back at them (10-20%)##Tangled Strings: (Skillshot slow - 6 second cooldown) Claudevalde throws out a damaged puppet clone with tangled strings in a target direction. If it hits an enemy, the puppet's strings slow them for 2.5 seconds, while the puppet slowly drags itself closer with the strings. At the end of the duration, the puppet explodes, dealing 50 points of damage in a small area. If the target moves away from the puppet, this will slow the rate at which it pulls itself towards them. If the ability misses, the puppet explodes wherever it lands.
#E ##Puppet Master/Who's Who?: (Double cast ability - 8/12 second cooldown)
- First cast - Claudevalde throws out 3 puppet clones with health based on his max health (20-30%) that begin firing at the nearest enemy (prefer champions) for a portion of his basic attack damage (60-75%)
- Second cast - Claudevalde dances among his puppet clones and then they all scatter an equal distance from the nearest enemy champion (in an arc nearest to Claudevalde's last location) and continue firing (he is also moved and begins firing). This effect ends if all of the clones are killed, if Claudevalde is hit by a champion ability or basic attack, or if Claudevalde moves; which causes all the clones to explode for a small amount of damage.
#R ##Pull Their Strings: (
GlobalLong-range (1000/1250/3000) ult - 120/100/80 second cooldown) After channeling for 3-6 seconds (during which time the entire enemy team will see puppet strings above their heads [similar to the appearance of Karthus's Requiem Ultimate]. Longer channel grants longer duration) Claudevalde briefly takes control of an enemy champion (2 - 42 - 3 seconds), during which time he can move them (to a max range of 3000, with a visible tether appearing as puppet strings on the target) and use their abilities at the expense of his own mana against their allies, while he himself is rooted until the ability ends. All the champion's buffs/heals/and shields that Claudevalde forces them to cast are applied to both themself and to Claudevalde. At the end of the ability, he loses a percentage of health based on how much damage the target champion took, and all of the target champion's abilities are refreshed.

I don't even see the faces anymore, all I see is the beauty of their futile struggle. I just lay out a few threads and lead them carefully through to weave the grand tapestry of their defeat. Jhin may consider himself an artist, but the fool limits his art to the moment of an individual's death, while my canvas is the glorious destruction of their whole world. The greatest beauty is in causing the destruction from within, causing a few seemingly trustworthy individuals to turn and destroy the trust until everyone tears their neighbor apart and all overlook my part in the orchestration of their demise.
