Lore: [Explorer Report 7, Odyn Expedition, December, Week 3 25 CLE] The noxus party has almost made it across the valley. The Braken have been friendly as long as we do not touch their crystals, and yet none of them seem to go near the crystal forest at the other end. Its odd. Even when asked about it, they simply state that they do not protect it anymore, and will say no more than that.

[Explorer Report 8, Odyn Expedition, December, Week 4 25 CLE] We have finally arrived in the valley, and have been here a few days. As always, we have only been here for a short while and the other men are already talking of a monster in the forest. Stupid idiots. We haven't seen anything but ourselves move for the past few days, so how could there be a monster. I can't wait to leave this place, there is no action here. Camp is almost set up and fully operational.

[Explorer Report 9, Odyn Expedition, January, Week 1 26 CLE] The camp celebrated the new year, however, they haven’t noticed the same thing I have. It seems that the group I sent to get a sample of a tree has disappeared. This job should have taken no more than minutes, and they still haven’t showed. Furthermore, they went out barely out of sight of the camp. We said just yell if they need us. There is no sign of life in this forest but trees, so it couldn’t be a monster. No sights of anything have been reported, and we patrol everyday. I guess we can add them to the list of deserters to look for and give to Draven. Can't have everyone deserting the strongest army in Runeterra, it makes us look bad.

[Explorer Report 10, Odyn Expedition, January, Week 2 26 CLE] Earlier this week some men came up asking if they could take samples of the trees home for their wives and mothers and whoever. I said yes, thinking no harm of letting some of the hardworking men take a souvenir. Things since then have gone down hill fast. Men thinking they could get a sample easily never came back. Talk of the monster has gone rampant, and I think that there must be something, besides trees, in this forest. I don't know if it's a monster or not. Just yesterday, one of the men shouted that he was going to prove that there was no monster and ran into the forest. We heard his screams just 30 seconds later. Our numbers have decreased to less than 25%. Something doesn't want us here. Requesting backup and/or permission to leave the valley.

[Explorer Report 11, Odyn Expedition, January, Week 3 26 CLE] I am the only one left. I am sending this as an SOS. Although it was safe before we started trying to take samples of the trees, the forest no longer is now. I have figured it out. Whatever is out there is protecting the trees. Although it tolerated us before, now it is furious. I hear a rustling. Something is here. It has taken my men down one by one, and now it comes for me. I will put up a good fight in the name of Noxus. I have to-

Passive, "Torrent"- Krios does more damage the more spells he casts in quick succession. Each spell does 10/12.5/15/17.5% more damage. Stacks twice. Buff lasts 4 seconds. (levels at 1/6/11/16)

Q, "Split"- Krios throws 2 crystal leaves in front of him, one that moves in a straight line, and one that arcs around the other. If the target is hit by the straight traveling leaf, the arcing leaf will surge towards the location where the target was hit by the straight leaf, very quickly. This can be blocked by another enemy. The target will be stunned if hit by both leaves, but can only take one of the leaves damage. Only the leaf that travels straight ignores unit collision and deals damage to each enemy. During burst, the arcing leaf will travel through minions. It will surge towards the first enemy champion hit with the straight leaf. Damage: 50/100/150/200/250 + (.65 AP) Stun: .5/.75./1.0/1.25/1.5 seconds range: 800 Missile Speed: 1400 Missile Surge Speed: 3000 Mana Cost: 65/75/85/95/105 Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8

He can be affected at by cc to stop him at the beginning of the jump. Krios does damage if he passes through an enemy, but this will not stop him. Krios is untargetable by cc during this jump, but still takes damage. Range increases during Burst. Channel Delay: .5 seconds. Damage: 50/100/150/200/250 + (.6AP) Duration: .7 seconds Range: 700 Range with burst: 900 Mana Cost: 55/70/85/100/115 Cooldown: 23/20/17/14/11

This skill lasts for 2 seconds and does damage per second. This light will damage all enemies and heal himself for a small percentage of damage dealt. During Burst, Krios will receive extra range on the skill and can move at reduced speed. (Effect will continue during items like zhonyas) Damage while splintered: 100/170/240/310/380 +(.8ap) Heal: 7/8/9/10/11% damage of dealt movement speed reduction: 40% Splintered Range: 450 units Range w/burst: 600 units Mana Cost: 65/80/95/110/125 Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds

Krios loses some of his defenses, and in return gains ability power and his some of his spells gain range. He also gains spell vamp. Duration: 8/9/10 seconds Loses: 20/25/30% -1% per 75 AP of armor/magic resist Gains: 20/30/40% ability power Spell vamp: 5/10/15% Range on Shatter: 700-900 Range on Splinter: 450-600 Cooldown: 100/75/50 No Cost

Play Style Krios is a very squishy yet somewhat mobile mage. Early game, Shatter should be used for escape or if the player knows that a kill can be snagged by using the skill. After 6, he becomes a champion that is high risk high reward. If he uses his ultimate and is cced and ignited, then he will be taken down very quickly. However, He has the potential to do a lot of damage. Late game Krios is used as a teamfighter with Zhonyas. Splinter will do a massive amount of damage in an area, and a lot while focused. His Auto Attacks will do an okay amount of damage with lich bane/nashors tooth.

Look: Krios is a normal looking teen until he loses his human skin. He then looks like a glass crystal, mostly clear with some colors running through him like electric currents.

Idea for Release Skin: Dark Crystal Krios What would have slowly happened to Krios if he couldn't have defended the trees. He would have turned into black, opaque crystal as he slowly died with the energy of the trees.
