I believe that Soraka 
is deserving of a Star Guardian or a star guardian related skin. It doesn't seem fair that Soraka, the Starchild, is left out of something relating to the stars. Soraka doesn't even have a star related skin. (I don't know if Celestine Soraka is a star related skin, so correct me if I am wrong) She is the Starchild after all.

Soraka already has two skins connected to stars: Her classic skin and the Celestine skin Srsly giving a star champion a star skin feels boring, as it doesn't really change much.
Giving a star skin to a star-type champion sounds like something worth 520 RP.
What the above posters don't understand is that the Star Guardians are related to the stars, yes, but they are not primarily celestial in theme - they are primarily sailor scout in theme. Soraka to date doesn't have any cute/fun skins, aside from Banana, and I feel like she has a lot of potential to have been included in the Star Guardian line. She has a youthful nature like the other girls, and she has that naivete that would allow her to fit in quite easily in the story. There's even a little room for expansion in the Star Guardian story, as Janna's old team is MIA, so there's definitely hope for her. I would greatly hope that next year she's given a skin in the line, because she'd be adorable in a sailor skirt.
Also, Celestine Soraka is completely unrelated to the Star Guardians. It's based on White Mages in the Final Fantasy series, some of the most iconic healers in any game ever, and it also has a bit of inspiration from monks and priests.
It was also brought to my attention, by my sister, that Aurelion Sol is missing the Star Guardian train too. Aurelion Sol
, The Star Forger, should get a skin related to the Star Guardians as well. Also, he only has one skin since release. Soraka and Aurelion Sol are missing out on something in their area of expertise.
My skin ideas for these two champions are Shooting Star Soraka and First Star Aurelion Sol. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
