Alright,

first with /remake... i think it has great potential, but with poor utilisation. its so frustrating to work enter que, and then have to reque cause my of my teammates. or enemy teammates. I am proposing two changes. Give those who had to remake, a higher priority que, so they don't have to sit in lobby for so much time. or.. rework the system.

What would you think if the server immediately attempts to find a player to fill in that position. if the player fails to connect at the beginning of the game. the team that has the subbed player will have less losses if defeated..

just an opinion after several years of playing tf2

All they need to do is start banning the accounts of people who habitually afk/dc. It's that simple but they won't because they will lose too many accounts and tons of money. The health of the game is not a concern as evidenced by the rampant afk's/dc's. LPQ and remake hasn't fixed shit.

which is the old system the had in season 4 when i started. remake has only saved games from where someones internet crapped itself or bugsplatted. most afks happen past 10mins really. id rather dodge if it was that bad than afk and remake.

and reasonable human would take the ban off the chin and be more cautious iwth their time management. this 20 min thing is just all annoying.

But reasonable humans don't. They abuse what is allowed to be abused. Start banning accounts for this garbage and people stop abusing it. Integrity is the one virtue that is lacking by many people. Most don't even know WTF it means. Those of us who do the right thing get screwed because those that don't get their wrist slapped repeatedly by a company with bad leadership and the unwillingness to actually fix a huge problem.
