Summoner Icon and Profile Theme

I have both the pulsefire ezreal theme/icon and the koo tiger icon. Is there any reason why I can't have a pulsefire theme with a koo tiger icon? I like the koo icon but I dont like having a dumb generic wizard in the theme espeically since I already own the pulsefire one. What gives rito?
