RANK 1 PLAYERS SHOULD GET A SPECIAL SKIN

With challengers saying NA Solo Q sucks, I believe Riot should change this and make NA Solo for "try hards" like Korea.

So, How would Riot achieve this?

Simple, everyone loves Character Skins...so create a Rank 1 special perk, that whoever achieves Rank 1 for 3 seasons in a row, would receive a custom made skin with the Rank 1 player's name. The Rank 1 and Riot would collaborate to make his/her custom made skin. This will forever immortalize the Rank 1 player for winning 3 seasons in a row, and show off his Rank 1 Skin! What do you guys think?
