Idea for a new champion!

So i have an idea for a new champion, hope you guys like it and maybe he (or she) can finaly come to the fields of justice! (also pardon me for typos and such, English is not my first language) The main idea is that not a lot of champions have whips as main weapon (except thresh) and i think another champion could wield such a thing. next thing is, there is no champion that runs a circus or captures animals for glory or for his collection (something like rengar, but not so he can become stronger, just to show off). i dont know what kind of lore he could have, feel free to creat with me on comments! so lets go to his weapon, passive and abilities; his weapon is a whip, so a semi ranged auto attack. his passive could be a stacking fury, where his abilities become stronger but usses up the fury bar, and the secondary part of his passive could be, after succesfuly killing 3 minions, his whip becomes empowered and gains more range (for poke and harras) and it can go on a cooldown aswell, procs on hit and such. his Q - something like a miss fortunes q, and auto-reset, he whips an enemy and if somebody is behind, he gets like 1.5x the dmg. empowered Q - just more range and maybe 1.7-2x the dmg. his W - a bit of true dmg, he sets his whip on fire, gaining true dmg on hit for a short ammount of time empowered W - all his autoattacks gives a small slow, in addition to more true dmg. his E - a skillshot that pulls the enemy a bit closer to him empowered E - when the enemy is pulled he is stunned for a second his R(ult) - he carries a small gun, when enemy champion is shot, gets low vision and silenced. empowered R(ult) enemy becomes compleatly blinded and misses autoattacks for few seconds, silence could last the same ammount of time.

so yea... hope you see my vision of the champion, a somewhat of a lane bully with no escapes and is fairly squishy. if you feel like something could be better, feel free to say it, im open on new ideas. what do you all think? :D
