Jasun The Embodiment of Insanity
(This is my first post. So please leave as many nasty comments and downvotes (is that a thing?) as you want/can if you never want to see anything from me again... otherwise be constructive ;p)
Have you ever wanted a Champion that is truly terrifying and difficult to play?
This is my concept for Jasun the Embodiment of Insanity
Unfortunately as of current I don't have any art to go with the concept but I'll hopefully make up for that with a vivid imagination and great descriptive skills. ;D
So the first thing that makes Jasun unique is his Crazy (see what I did there?) passive. I haven't figured out how to word it well yet and the numbers are all figurative at this point anyways so it's okay, right?
Anywho...
passive
Insanity : When Jasun uses an ability he changes his stance. His stance are Total AP and Total AD. When in the Total AP stance he is a ranged champion who right-clicks for 30% (or so) of his AP and all of his AD points are poured into AP. When in the Total AD stance he is a melee champion who right-clicks for 40% (again figurative) of his AD and all of his AP points are poured into his AD.
Now of course the scaling on his abilities would have to be small like 5-10% because he would have serious potential to snowball and scale into the late game. But also with the lowering of his right-clicks he would be extremely vulnerable in the early game. He probably would also have to be extremely squishy in order to make up for his late game potential. So basically a Carry? Right? heck if I know...
So now that we have established the main part of his kit you can take some time to digest while I tell a story. The story of a boy... ahm lore
Have you ever looked into the mirror and seen a stranger? Hailing from the Noxian middle class Jasun was cursed to never see his reflection in the mirror. Instead he saw complete strangers. Men, Women, Boys, Girls some younger some older than he was. Sometime they all seemed like they could be family, so he pretended they were. As a child living with only his mother he would carry around his only possession. His mirror. They called him crazy but he knew what he saw. Then one day a familiar face appeared in his mirror. In the reflective glass was his mother smiling back at him. Delighted, and overcome with glee he ran to the kitchen of their small house to show his mother. What he found was anything but glee. On the ground was his last living relative lifeless eyes staring at nothing... a smile on her face...
For the first time in Noxian history there was an undetermined cause of death. Naturally this caught the greedy eyes of the Noxian nobles and cults. Namely the Black Rose, namely  LeBlanc. She appeared to Jasun as a potential parent for the now orphaned seemingly cursed child. Though the ways of the Rose are mysterious one thing is certain. Jasun was changed. LeBlanc used him and honed him like a pair of scissors made to cut the threads of life. Jasun emerged from the Black Rose shortly after LeBlanc left to join the league. Unable to think for himself or any of the selves he had created in his mirror for that matter. He went out in search of a purpose.
The next turning point in his life was again intertwined with his mirror. He saw the same man twice. Once as a man tattered and broken with skin burnt to a point beyond imagination. The next time the nameless hooded figure was transformed, void streaming from his eyes. Following his mirror Jasun was eventually lead to the Institution of war to find the man who held the answers to his purpose.
Now I realize the middle part could have been a lot more descriptive or helpful or something. but I also realize that lore is supposed to be kinda short and mysterious. so there may be some revisions to that in the future.
So I guess it's time to clear up some things. describe some looks and what-not.
Firstly the thing that will make Jasun, Jasun is his weapon. It's double sided. On one side a dagger, on the other... can ya guess what it is? Yup its a mirror. Now I figure something like that would look best in gold. I also don't think it should be that big, but you know... Yolo right? Jasun would probable where a cloak thats a bit tattered at the bottom. He's not of a very big build, more on the scrawny and scrappy side. We might even give him a hood to cover his face and maybe his default standing animation would be him holding the mirror up to his face.
In case you couldn't tell the second person in the mirror was 
Malzahar. Also I was thinking of adding into the lore that his father was a treasure hunter who left for Icathia when he was just a baby. making him 
Kassadin's son. So if you think teenage, less buff, and Crazy pre-void Kassadin you would have Jasun. It would also help explain the cause of his powers.
Last thing. If you take the 's' and the 'n' in Jasun and switch them you get Janus the Greek god of portals. Possible Ult? probably.
Ability Time!!!!!
Q : Wander/Reflection
**Wander : **Jasun dashes forward with intent to kill slashing the first enemy unit he comes into contact with for 50/80/110/140/170 + (5% Ability Power) Reflect : Jasun jumps through his mirror absorbing damage and dispersing it in an AOE for 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% of the damage received, lasts .5 seconds Wander = 7 second cooldown Reflection = 10 second cooldown
Wander would be Jasun's initiation but not really an escape. While Reflect would be his a kind of dodge ability. The correlation between the 2 is hopefully nonexistent which is kinda the point.
W : Switch/Smash
Switch : Jasun takes a minions reflection in his mirror switching places with it and leaving it in his place Smash : Jasun smashes his mirror on the ground sending out a magical shockwave for 30/40/50/60/70 + (6% Ability Power) Switch = 15 second cooldown Smash = 10 second cooldown
Switch would be an escape and because Jasun would switch stances after initiation he can't escape directly after instead he would be stuck with an AOE still usefull but not ideal.
** E : Mark/Reveal**
Mark : Jasun makes the target champion in his mirror, predicting their death, and causing them to take (10%/15%/20%/25%/30% + (1% per 50 AP)more damage from his next spell Reveal : Jasun uses his mirror like a sonar to reveal Champions on the mini map in a radius around him
This would be Jasun's only Ability that would have a scaling down cooldown. not sure how much of a cooldown maybe 20/18/16/14/12? not sure. either way this is his utility ability to help his team or his own damage output.
** R : Ult : Faces in the Glass/Insanity-port**
Faces in the Glass : Jasun picks a random champion and captures their face in his mirror just like his mother making them stunning them and making them invulnerable to all other damage for 3 seconds (deals 30/40/50 Physical damage + 2% of Attack Damage every .5 seconds) Champions who are revealed by Reveal are more likely to be targeted Insanity-port : Jasun Channels for 1 second and then teleports furiously to one random champion on the map (that isn't in the base) blasting the area for 100/125/150 Magical Damage + (10% Ability Power) Champions marked by Mark are more likely to be teleported to.
Ahhhh doesn't that Ult just sound wonderful? Faces in the Glass would be perfect for making a 5v5 a 5v4 for 3 seconds perfect for team fights or a 1v1 because I think its going to have about the same range as  Xerath's ult probably a bit less. it would be difficult to use because you don't know who you will hit. Imagine setting off your ult while chasing someone and they keep going because you hit the person in the bushes waiting to gank you. And Inanity-port would be a great way to finish someone off or (hopefully) escape to another place on the map. And it is Jasun's only real nuke.
I would love to hear in the comments some scenarios that you (hopeful) readers come up with as well as how you might play him/build on him.

Need to add a couple more taunts. like with 
LeBlanc and possible Kassadin and Probable more with Malzahar. but you get the idea. probable a star wars reference for Kassadin for Jasun "I AM YOUR FATHER"(Kass) "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"(Jasun)
