New Christmas "Friends Shop"

I rewatched some old League content on YouTube when I saw people opening their "personal shop" from Christmas times (the ones where you get personal discounts on the champs you play). This gave me an idea of an improvement that could make it better and more "Christmasy". If players not only got discounts on their own skins, how about people got reduced prizes on some of the people they play with the mosts skins. This would fit with the theme of giving and would make for great but cheap christmas presents for your friends.
